Detailed Description
This mixed-method, cross-sectional observational cohort (n=30) collected qualitative interviews and brief symptom questionnaires from veterans enrolled in VA care to explore perceptions of MDMA-assisted therapy for PTSD.
Interviews used a story-completion task in which participants completed a vignette about a fictitious veteran offered MDMA-assisted therapy; transcripts will be thematically analysed and coded to quantify theme prevalence and examine associations with symptom severity and demographics to inform VA educational and rollout efforts.
