Ketamine Long Term Follow Up Study

Results of the study and of 5 years follow up of depressed patients who participated in the study during 2014-2015. We will locate the participants and will interview them will use the same questionnaires to evaluate their depressive symptoms. We will also measure the time to relapse.

Detailed Description

Prospective observational follow-up of participants from a prior ketamine study (n≈16) assessing depressive symptoms with MADRS, plus CGI-S and CGI-I at acute timepoints; primary outcome includes time to relapse.

Anamnestic data and standardised questionnaires will be collected; sample is a non-probability prospective cohort drawn from prior study participants. Site: Revital Amiaz (Ramat Gan, Israel).
