Drug Safety Navigator (DSN) is a US-based pharmacovigilance specialist company founded in 2011 in Durham, North Carolina, providing adverse event reporting, medical monitoring, and global drug safety compliance services to small and mid-sized pharmaceutical and biotech companies. DSN supported pharmacovigilance for the Cybin CYB003 deuterated psilocybin analog clinical trials and was acquired by global pharmaceutical services company Clinigen in November 2022.
