Alma Institute is an Oregon-based nonprofit training program founded by Rebecca Martinez to strengthen and diversify the network of licensed psilocybin facilitators by centering people from marginalized and low-income communities. One of only two nonprofits approved to provide OHA psilocybin facilitator training in Oregon, Alma integrates trauma-informed, culturally responsive pedagogy with the full Oregon Psilocybin Services licensing curriculum.
Atma Journey
ATMA Journey Centers is an Alberta-based Canadian pioneer in psychedelic-assisted therapy, operating clinically supervised locations across Canada while offering comprehensive psychedelic-assisted therapy training programs (ATMA CENA) covering psilocybin, MDMA, and ketamine for healthcare professionals. Being True to You (BTTY) is a pioneering Denver-based psychedelic integration and addiction recovery coaching company founded in 2010 by Deanne Adamson, operating the first and most comprehensive Transformational & Integration Coach Training Program with over 500 certified coaches worldwide. Breakthrough Therapies is a Toronto-based ketamine-assisted psychotherapy clinic and training organization founded by Dr. Dawn DeCunha, offering certified KAP training programs (Level 1 and Level 2 mentoring practicum) alongside a clinical KAP retreat program at their Aspenwood location north of Toronto. Founded in 2011, Mindspace Wellbeing is a Montreal-based psychology clinic that pioneered psychedelic-assisted therapy in Quebec, becoming the province's first provider of ketamine-assisted psychotherapy for treatment-resistant depression and launching Canada's first psychedelic harm reduction and integration training for clinicians. Acquired by Numinus Wellness in 2021, they continue offering evidence-based psychotherapy alongside ketamine and psilocybin programming.
Phoenix Academy
Phoenix Academy is a Canada-based psychedelic therapy training organization founded by Bradley Foster (creator of the Toronto Psychedelic Society), offering a 100+ hour online course combined with an 8-day residential retreat for Level 1 certification in psychedelic-assisted therapy. Psychedelic Sitters School
Operating since 2012 as the training program of the Center for Medicinal Mindfulness in Boulder, Colorado, Psychedelic Sitters School trains licensed clinicians and guides-in-training in Mindfulness-Based Psychedelic Therapy® across four medicines—cannabis, ketamine, psilocybin, and DMT—through in-person, hybrid, and online formats. Now in their 13th year with over 35 cohorts completed, they are one of the longest-running psychedelic guide training programs in the United States.

Tam Integration

Therapsil
TheraPsil is a Canadian grassroots nonprofit advancing compassionate, legal access to psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy through clinician training, patient advocacy, and legal reform, having trained over 700 healthcare professionals since 2019. The organization assists Canadians in navigating Health Canada's Special Access Program, supports patient-rights litigation in Federal Court, and operates the PsilWell community-funded clinical trial exploring psilocybin-assisted therapy for general wellbeing.
