The Art of Self-Guided Journeys for Women

The Art of Self-Guided Journeys for Women is an experience-centred cohort-based online immersion where participants will cultivate their own sacred mushrooms and learn preparation, navigation, and integration skills beyond the basics. This online immersion is suitable for those with an existing foundation of harm-reduction and microdosing practice, and who are interested in advancing their spiritual and personal development within a remote practice group format.

The program begins on March 12th and offers an easy-to-follow guide to cultivating your own mushrooms at home, preparing and integrating self-guided journeys, and joining a weekly online practice temple. Participants will have access to a virtual wisdom portal with practice modules and guidance, as well as a private group messaging platform for support and connection.

During this online immersion, participants will learn to harness the magic of sacred mushrooms, develop self-mastery in expanded states, and create self-designed ceremonies. The weekly online practice temple will provide 2-hour live sessions for experiential practices, group coaching, and relationship building with other participants on a similar path. The virtual wisdom portal will offer additional content and recordings of live sessions for review.

The program is designed to support personal, professional, and spiritual growth, and is trauma-informed and spiritually adept. There is also an optional invite-only women's retreat in mid-May for participants with prior experience.
