Course Overview
The Advanced Workshop II on Ketamine- and Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapies builds upon the foundational knowledge gained in previous modules, providing clinicians with a deeper understanding of key themes in ketamine- and psychedelic-assisted therapy. This course aims to enhance clinical work quality and the practitioners' self-care practices.
During this workshop, participants will delve into additional special topics related to applying principles and practices in psychedelic-assisted psychotherapies. The course will explore the intersection of spiritual practices and neurophysiology through an understanding of neurotheology, delve into the relationship between ketamine and mystical experiences, examine the connection between meditation, psychedelics, self-care, and improved intervention strategies during the preparation phase, and maintain a focus on the dynamics of the therapy relationship with an emphasis on symbols, images, and subtle intuition within a relational psychoanalytic theoretical perspective.
Who is this for?
