Greenland is part of the Kingdom of Denmark for many international obligations and runs a publicly funded, regionalized health system; classical and novel psychedelics (psilocybin, MDMA, DMT, 5‑MeO‑DMT, mescaline, 2C‑series, ibogaine, ayahuasca, etc.) are controlled substances under international schedules and generally have no authorised recreational or routine medical use in Greenland outside of sanctioned medical settings or approved trials.
